A port number is a phone number along with its associated account credentials (account number and PIN) that allow you to transfer — or "port" — that number to a different carrier. When you purchase from us, you receive a verified mobile number with all the information needed to initiate a port-out at another carrier.

Carriers offer exclusive deals — such as free or discounted devices and bill credits — to customers who bring an eligible number from another carrier.

Port-in promotions are special deals offered by carriers when you switch to them and bring an eligible phone number. These can include free or heavily discounted devices, monthly bill credits, or other perks. Each carrier has its own eligibility requirements, which is why having a number on a specific carrier matters.

Yes — porting phone numbers is a federally protected right under FCC regulations. Carriers are legally required to allow customers to port their numbers out.

We currently offer port numbers on the following carriers:

• Verizon Wireless — $14.00 per number
• T-Mobile — $13.00 per number
• Boost Mobile — $13.00 per number

We're regularly adding new carriers. Contact us if you need help deciding which carrier to purchase.

Most orders are delivered within minutes of payment. In rare cases it can take up to a few hours. Your port number details will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout — check your spam folder if you don't see it. If you haven't received your order within a few hours, contact us and we'll resolve it promptly.

Yes! You can specify your preferred area code during the checkout process. We'll do our best to fulfill your request. If your exact area code is unavailable from the carrier you selected, an overlay for the same city will be provided.

Each port number has a 5-day validity window from the time of delivery. You must initiate the port at your receiving carrier within this window. After 5 days, the account credentials may expire and the number may no longer be portable.

You'll receive all information required to port the number out, including:

• Phone number
• Account number (for the carrier)
• Account PIN / Transfer PIN

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Stripe checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never store your card details on our servers. Your financial information is always handled securely.

We stand behind our numbers. If a number you purchased cannot be ported due to inaccurate account information provided by us, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us within the 5-day validity window.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Because port numbers are digital goods delivered immediately, all sales are generally final. However, if the number we provided is defective or unportable due to an error on our end, we will replace it or issue a refund. See our full Refund Policy for details.
