We stand behind every number we sell. If a port number fails to work due to an error on our end, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
Port numbers are digital goods that are delivered electronically immediately after payment. Because of the nature of this product, all sales are generally final. However, we have clear policies for situations where our product does not perform as described.
Eligible for Replacement or Refund
You are eligible for a free replacement number or a full refund if:
- The account credentials we provided are incorrect or inaccurate
- The phone number is not eligible for promotional offerings, when it otherwise should be
- You did not receive your order within 24 hours of payment
Requests must be submitted within the 5-day validity window of your order. Requests submitted after this window may not be honored. Proof of refund request reasoning may also be requested.
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- The validity period of 5 days has expired before the port was initiated
- The port was rejected by the receiving carrier because you purchased the wrong carrier, which was not eligible for the promotional offering
- You provided an incorrect email address, resulting in non-delivery that was not reported within 24 hours
- You changed your mind or no longer need the number
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within your order's 5-day validity window.
Please include the following in your message:
- Your order email address
- The phone number you received
- A description of the issue you encountered
- Any error messages from the receiving carrier (if applicable)
We typically respond and aim to resolve all issues the same day.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
In many cases, we will offer a replacement number first. If a suitable replacement is not available or you prefer a refund, we will issue one promptly.
