PortNumbersForSale sells pre-activated mobile phone numbers along with the associated account credentials (phone number, PIN, and account number) needed to port those numbers to a wireless carrier of your choice ("Port Numbers"). These are digital goods delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
Numbers are typically valid for up to 5 days from the time of purchase, though validity may vary. PortNumbersForSale is not a wireless carrier, mobile virtual network operator (MVNO), or agent of any carrier.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this Site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the total amount of your order. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the final price you will be charged.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues.
5. Delivery
Port Number details are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout, typically within 1–5 minutes of confirmed payment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on carrier availability and system load.
You are responsible for providing a valid, accessible email address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by invalid or inaccessible email addresses.
6. Authorized Use
You represent and warrant that:
- You will use purchased numbers only for lawful purposes
- You will not use this service for unauthorized porting, fraud, identity theft, SIM-swapping, or any illegal activity
- You will not attempt to exploit system errors, reverse-engineer the service, or abuse the platform in any way
- You will not violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations
- You will not resell our products without express written permission
- You are the intended end user of the number, or have authorization from the intended end user
Violation of this section may result in immediate order cancellation without refund and referral to law enforcement.
7. Third-Party Carrier Promotions
Our website may reference promotions, deals, or incentives offered by wireless carriers. These promotions are offered by the carriers themselves, not by PortNumbersForSale. We do not control, guarantee, or warrant the availability, terms, or eligibility requirements of any carrier promotion. Promotions may change or expire at any time without notice. You are solely responsible for verifying current promotion details directly with the carrier before making a purchase.
8. No Affiliation
PortNumbersForSale is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, Cricket Wireless, Metro by T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, or any other wireless carrier. All carrier names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here solely for identification purposes.
9. No Warranty
Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that port numbers will successfully port on every carrier or in every circumstance, as porting outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, including receiving carrier policies and third-party carrier systems that may experience delays or failures.
We do warrant that the account credentials we deliver are accurate at the time of delivery. If credentials are inaccurate due to our error, we will replace the number. See our Refund Policy for details.
10. Refund Policy
Delivered numbers are generally non-refundable. If we fail to deliver a working number (valid phone number, PIN, and account information) within 24 hours of purchase, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue, which may include redelivery or a refund at our discretion. 11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PortNumbersForSale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of our products or services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Porting depends on third-party carrier systems that may experience delays or failures outside our control.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PortNumbersForSale, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your violation of any third party's rights.
13. Dispute Resolution & Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service ("Dispute") shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any Dispute will be resolved only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void.
Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for Disputes within the court's jurisdictional limits.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration provision by contacting us in writing within 30 days of your first purchase, including your name, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
